Why is it recommended to make a reservation?

Because of safety- and wellbeing reasons there is a maximum capacity of guests we can grant entry and therefore we sometimes have to close the entry to our thermal area for a uncertain time. As soon as some other guests leave the area it ist possible to welcome new guests.

For the case you have made a reservation before (via e-mail, telephone or by our online reservation tool >> just see below) you have a guaranteed entrance (pick up time 10.00 am at the latest)

How do I make reservations?

• choose number of days, number / type of reservations and submit your data
  
• double-check the information you are about to submit
• you will need confirm your information after clicking "send" and we will send a confirmation e-mail to the address you have given.
• present a printout of the confirmation email at the resort cashier before 10 am and you will receive the medium for your admission (after 10 am, the reservation expires).

• 1-day adult admission Sun-Thu: € 26
• including access to sauna
• 1-day adult admission Fri-Sat: € 28
  including access to sauna

The reservation expires automatically after 10 am on the selected day.
