Achieve a balance between physical exertion and relaxation with our meditation, yoga, stretch and relax options. No advance knowledge is required; leisure-wear preferred. As a guest staying in the hotel you get to participate in our exercise and relaxation sessions free of charge as part of your package deal. Please register at the SPA Reception. Comfortable sportswear is recommended.
