Die Therme Linsberg Asia ist ein Adults-only-Resort.
Der Eintritt in Therme, Sauna und Spa ist für Gäste ab 16 Jahren möglich.
The spa is open from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm from Sunday to Thursday, as well as on public holidays preceding a working day. On Fridays, Saturdays, bridge days, public holidays and the days preceding public holidays, it is open until 11.00 pm.
On selected dates, the ‘Long Night at the Spa’ takes place on Fridays until 01.00 am. In August, the Long Night takes place on a Saturday.
The sauna area opens daily at 10.00 am.
Yes. Standard spa admission tickets for adults aged 16 and over include use of the sauna area and the daily guided sauna infusions.
Depending on the length of stay you require, options include day tickets, afternoon tickets, evening tickets and 3-hour tickets. Annual passes and selected special offers are also available. There are also spa tickets including treatments, or spa tickets with a culinary experience, as well as Premium Day Spa or Spa & Private Spa tickets. Group rates are available on request, as are additional services.
Yes. Spa admissions can be purchased online in advance. On particularly busy days, we recommend booking well in advance or buying your ticket from the online shop.
Yes. Bathrobes and towels can be hired at the spa for a hire fee and a deposit. Bath shoes and flip-flops are available to buy in our spa shop – they are not available for hire.
Yes. Webhotel and Wellcard vouchers, as well as vouchers from urlaubsgutscheine.at, are accepted in all areas.
The Hotel & Spa Linsberg Asia is situated in Bad Erlach in Lower Austria, near Wiener Neustadt and just 40 minutes from Vienna and 1.5 hours from Graz, surrounded by countryside in the Bucklige Welt region of the Vienna Alps.
Yes. The 4-star superior hotel is directly connected to the Linsberg Asia public spa, combining a hotel holiday, wellness and spa facilities all in one place.
The hotel combines Far Eastern-inspired design, tranquillity, wellness and fine dining. It features fusion cuisine and the two-toques restaurant ‘das Linsberg’. As an adults-only resort, it caters to guests aged 16 and over who wish to relax and enjoy some time to themselves or as a couple.
Yes. In addition to the thermal baths, hotel guests have access to a dedicated hotel wellness area with an indoor pool and sun terrace in the Zen Garden.
The resort is particularly suitable for couples, groups of friends, those seeking relaxation, wellness enthusiasts and guests looking for a peaceful break in an adults-only hotel.

Yes. There are various packages for spending time together as a couple, for romance, special occasions and relaxing spa breaks: honeymoons, babymoons, and wedding anniversaries in the Far East.
Yes. On the offers page, you’ll also find breaks specifically designed for guests who want to relax on their own and recharge their batteries. Some packages can be booked without a single room supplement.
The packages on the website are organised by theme. This allows you to choose from popular, seasonal or special breaks, as well as those focusing on gastronomy, golf, longevity or solo holidays.
Cancellation of a hotel booking (room) is free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellation must be made in writing to the hotel reception.
Cancellation insurance is recommended in all cases.
A night in a double room, including breakfast and access to the thermal baths, is available on weekdays from €166, depending on the season. A weekend surcharge applies on Fridays and Saturdays.
There is a choice of various double rooms, as well as junior and executive suites, all featuring a clean, Asian-inspired design.
Depending on the category, the double rooms range in size from around 27 to over 36 m². The suites are considerably more spacious and, depending on the category, offer up to around 84 m².
Depending on the room category, some rooms have a French balcony. Selected suites have a private terrace.
Several room and suite categories are designed to accommodate between one and three people. The exact occupancy is specified for each room category.
Yes. Available rooms and suites can be enquired about or booked directly via the booking function.
Check-in is available from 3.00 pm. From 3.00 pm, you may use the thermal baths and the hotel’s own wellness area.
You must vacate your room by 11.00 am.
Yes, the spa is open until 5.00 pm. Lockers are available for hotel guests.
As well as standard admission to the thermal baths, there are a variety of daily and themed packages that combine relaxation, dining, spa treatments or special events.
Yes. For example, the ‘Bride & Besties’ package offers a relaxed hen party with an exclusive private area and additional pampering and spa treatments, as well as attractive group packages available on request with extra amenities.
All spa tickets include access to the sauna area and guided sauna sessions.
Yes. Many packages can be combined with massages or beauty treatments; some packages already include spa vouchers or treatments.
Yes. Seasonal and themed packages change, or new ones are added. You can find the latest services, prices and validity periods directly on the relevant package’s page online.
The sauna area offers a variety of heat zones – ranging from classic Finnish saunas with temperatures of up to 95 °C, through to gentler saunas, infrared saunas, sanariums and steam baths.
Yes. The spa’s sauna area is a nudist area.
Alternatively, the spa area features a soft sauna and a steam room, which can be used whilst wearing swimwear.
Yes. Special guided sauna sessions and ceremonies are offered several times a day. The current session timetable provides details of the times and themes.
For guided sauna sessions, you must book via the chip watch at the sauna terminal. Bookings can be made from two hours before the desired session. There may be waiting times if demand is high.
Yes. Standard spa admission tickets for adults aged 16 and over include use of the sauna and guided Aufguss sessions.
The spa offers massages, beauty and wellness treatments, Asian treatments, body wraps, exfoliation treatments and a selection of couples’ treatments. Linsberg Asia offers signature treatments.
Yes. Spa treatments can be booked even without a spa pass.
You can book your preferred dates online. We recommend booking well in advance to ensure a wider choice of available times.
Yes. Selected treatments can be enjoyed together in a couples’ treatment room.
Yes. The spa team will be happy to advise you on choosing a suitable massage, beauty or wellness treatment.
Spa treatments can be cancelled in writing up to 48 hours before the treatment free of charge. In the event of a later cancellation or a no-show, the full amount will be charged.
Yes. Linsberg Asia has been positioned as an adults-only resort since 2016; the spa is also exclusively open to guests aged 16 and over.
The concept is deliberately designed to provide a space for peace, rest and relaxation. The facilities and services are tailored to the needs of adult guests.
The concept appeals, amongst others, to couples, wellness enthusiasts, groups of friends, the ‘best agers’ and anyone looking for a peaceful break away from children.
Yes. The ‘Adults Only’ concept applies to the hotel, spa, thermal baths and restaurants within the resort.
Yes. The Green Bamboo Spa Café is also open to non-residents, and children are welcome to visit the Green Bamboo Café.
Children may attend private events such as birthday parties or weddings on request.
You can choose from Asian massages, classic massage techniques and various wellness massages.
No. Spa treatments can also be booked as an external guest, independently of a spa or hotel stay.
Massages can be booked via the online booking system. It is important to book well in advance, particularly if you have a preferred time, as demand is very high.
That depends on your personal needs – whether you’re looking for relaxation, to ease tension, or an Asian-inspired wellness experience. The spa team will be happy to advise you on your choice. You also decide on the intensity of the massage.
Yes. A massage can be ideally scheduled before, during or after a visit to the thermal baths. However, admission to the thermal baths is not automatically included in every spa booking. There is a wide variety of packages that combine a visit to the thermal baths with a treatment.
The Private Spa can be booked exclusively for between two and six people.
The private wellness area features, amongst other things, a steam room, a sanarium, exclusive lounging and relaxation areas, and a separate shower and changing area.
Entry to the thermal baths is included in the Private Spa experience for external guests.
The Private Spa is available during several time slots: 10.00–13.00, 14.00–17.00 or 18.00–21.00.
No. It’s ideal for a romantic getaway for two, but can also be used by small groups of friends totalling between two and six people.
Yes. This experience can be purchased as a gift online via vouchers or in person at the hotel reception.
No. We do not offer any discounts in conjunction with the Niederösterreich-CARD.
Yes, on your birthday, upon presentation of photo ID, you will receive a 50 per cent discount on admission (excluding the 3-hour ticket). Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem this discount retrospectively.
Yes, in this case you’ll receive the corresponding amount as credit on a prepaid card, which you can use to pay for drinks and food on the same day. Please note: The credit is valid only on that day and must be used in full on the same day.
Yes, group rates apply for groups of 10 or more people. The group rate is from €34 per person Monday to Friday and from €41 per person at weekends.
Vouchers from third-party providers such as Wellcard or Webhotel can only be redeemed on site and cannot be redeemed online.
Yes, we offer gift vouchers where you can choose the amount yourself. If you wish, we can include a recommendation for a particular service on the voucher.
Our vouchers are valid for 30 years from the date of issue. Please send us all the relevant details in advance so that we can check the voucher in our accounts. We will then get back to you. Please send it to: therme@linsbergasia.at
Access to the hotel swimming pool, sauna and gym is reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
The competition pool is 25 metres long.
Yes, there is a self-service restaurant in the spa, the ‘Red Lotus’ spa restaurant, which offers a varied selection of freshly prepared dishes. Our tip: Chicken wok with rice – also available with vegetables
Yes, you have two options:
– At the Green Bamboo Café in the spa (from 08:00, no booking required, à la carte breakfast).
– At the China Grill hotel restaurant, which offers a breakfast buffet (booking required).
Yes, that is possible. However, please settle the bill for any food and drink before you leave.
Yes, a table booking is required. You can choose between:
– the China Grill, which offers a buffet (starters, soups, sushi, desserts) and a served main course
– the award-winning restaurant ‘Das Linsberg’, a two-toque à la carte restaurant (open Tuesday to Saturday)
You can book massages easily via our online shop. If you’d prefer to speak to a spa member of staff in person, please feel free to contact us.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to issue a replacement for lost prepaid cards.
For personalised vouchers, a replacement can be issued. The purchaser must come in person with valid ID. Once the validity has been checked, a replacement voucher can be issued. If you are simply the recipient of the gift, this is unfortunately not possible. Please contact our hotel reception with any specific enquiries.
Of course. We’ll book breakfast or dinner for the birthday guest. You’ll receive the discounted admission ticket (50 per cent off) directly at the spa ticket office on your birthday.
Yes, the Linsberg Asia is an ‘adults-only’ hotel. Access is restricted to guests aged 16 and over. The public thermal baths may also only be used by those aged 16 and over.
The exception is the Café Green Bamboo, where children under 16 are also permitted.
Yes, subject to availability and for an additional charge per room. With early check-in, the room is guaranteed from 09:00. With late check-out, you can use the room until 18:00 on the day of departure. Please contact our reception staff directly regarding this.

Yes, unlimited access to the thermal baths and the exclusive hotel wellness area is included in the room rate. On the day of arrival from 3.00 pm and on the day of departure until 5.00 pm.

Yes, hotel guests have access to a modern, well-equipped gym.
Half-board includes a generous breakfast buffet and a multi-course evening meal served in a hybrid buffet style at the hotel restaurant ‘China Grill’.
Dinner as part of the half-board package consists of a combination of an extensive buffet (starters, salads, soups, desserts and cheese) and dishes served at the table. There is a choice of 7 different main courses every day. We also offer a sushi buffet in the evenings.
Yes, our kitchen can provide suitable meals on request. Please let us know in advance when you make your booking.
Yes, we strongly recommend booking well in advance for the 2-toque restaurant “das Linsberg”.
Please note that our award-winning restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays and is therefore unavailable on those days.
No, drinks are not included as part of the half-board package and are charged separately.
The hotel is situated about 40 minutes’ drive south of Vienna.
Yes, Bad Erlach railway station is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
We are happy to offer hotel guests arriving by public transport a free shuttle service between the hotel and Bad Erlach railway station on request. Please let us know in good time when you make your booking.
An outdoor car park near the thermal baths is available free of charge.
Our underground car park costs EUR 10.00 per night.
There are walking trails, golf courses and cultural attractions such as castles and museums nearby. Linsberg Asia is close to Vienna, Graz and Burgenland, and the town of Wiener Neustadt is a 10-minute drive away.

On Fridays, at weekends, on public holidays and bridging days, as well as during school holidays, we recommend booking in advance. During the peak season, we strongly recommend booking; you can secure entry to the spa for your chosen date via our online shop.
Yes. Day, afternoon and evening tickets are valid until closing time. The 3-hour ticket is the exception.
The sun loungers inside the spa are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sun lounger reservations are only available as part of a package, e.g. Premium Day Spa, Thermal Baths & Private Spa or Thermal Baths & Tatami Lounge.
Any drinks, purchases in the shop and treatments in the spa area will be charged to your chip watch and only paid for when you leave the spa.
Our hotel is accessible to wheelchair users and is barrier-free. We also have a lift suitable for disabled guests leading to our thermal pool.
Packages that include tickets are also excluded from cancellation, refunds or rebooking. In the event of illness, it is possible to reschedule your appointment by up to two weeks upon presentation of a doctor’s certificate.
Unfortunately, cancellation is not possible, as we drew your attention to our booking terms and conditions before you completed your online purchase. Exchanges, refunds or cash redemptions are therefore not permitted, as this is the purchase of a ticket for a leisure event. A spa ticket is valid only on the selected date.
In the event of illness, we are happy to offer a one-off postponement of up to two weeks upon request – for this, we require a doctor’s certificate.
No, pets are not permitted anywhere in the hotel or spa area.

You pay for admission to the spa when you enter: in cash, by credit card or debit card.
Alternatively, you can present a valid, pre-paid online ticket for the day’s visit to the spa.
Purchases made at the spa are charged to the chip, e.g. spa treatments, drinks, shop items and deposits for bathrobes.
Deposits are refunded at the spa reception when you leave the spa.
By purchasing your ticket online, you secure guaranteed entry to the thermal baths and avoid queuing.
Once you arrive, simply scan your ticket at the self-service check-in machine and you’ll immediately receive a transponder – a wristband – which allows you to enter the thermal baths without having to queue at the ticket office.
All purchases are charged to your account; you won’t need any cash whilst at the resort.
How to use our check-out machine:
Payment for purchases is made when you leave the thermal baths and can be made at the check-out machine using a debit or credit card, or at the thermal baths’ ticket office in cash or by card.
If you are not due a refund of a deposit – for example, for bathrobes – you can simply use the check-out machine to pay by card.
